The inspiration for Drei Bögen was born out of the wine lubricated ideas and dreams of a few friends during the COVID19 Lockdowns. As Karl and Konstantin took refuge in a country house of Lower Austria they imagined bringing to the city the little known gourmet products of the Waldviertel. While back in Vienna Tycho, Dawid and Pablo fantasised about creating a unique and comfortable space with old fashion gregarious service, where fun was always on the menu.
